In 2008, my life changed in a big way. After moving up the corporate ladder for nearly a decade, I came to two realizations: (1) Design was the one aspect I enjoyed most about work, and (2) there was only so much I could do creatively with Word, Excel and PowerPoint before gouging my eyes out. So I set my sights on a much more personally-rewarding career.
I said goodbye to Business Consulting and began focusing on what I feel is my calling in life: mastering the art of visual communication. I’ve been pursuing a Graphic Design MFA at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco ever since and doing so seven days awake. The purpose of this site is to share with you my work and my observations as a Visual Communicator.
